Medical & Professional Services
EvolveHer Health provides medical consultations, clinical services, lab reviews, personalized care plans, and digital health programs. Once a service has been purchased, scheduled, or delivered, it cannot be refunded, including but not limited to:

Missed or Cancelled Appointments
Appointments that are missed, cancelled late, or not attended are non-refundable. Please refer to our Scheduling & Cancellation Policy for details regarding rescheduling requirements.
Results Disclaimer
Individual health outcomes vary. We do not guarantee specific results, including weight loss, symptom improvement, or treatment response. Lack of desired results does not qualify for a refund.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By purchasing services from EvolveHer Health, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in termination of care and access to services.
Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered if required by law or in the rare event that EvolveHer Health is unable to provide the purchased service.
